When can I expect my order to be delivered?
We aim to dispatch orders within 2-3 business
days from the time payment is confirmed. You will receive an email notification
upon dispatch, which will include a tracking number for your reference.
How can I check the availability of products I wish toorder?
Our inventory capacity is automatically displayed on our website, therefore if a product is out of stock it will show up as "Sold Out"
How can I pay for my purchases at SensoryKidsPlay?
SensoryKidsPlay offers multiple secure payment methods,
including credit and debit card payments through our trusted and secure Online
Payment Gateway. If you are using NDIS funds please see instructions here.
How can I use NDIS funding to purchase resources from SensoryKidsPlay?
The process for using NDIS funding to purchase products from SensoryKidsPlay depends on your
specific plan management. Please visit our dedicated information page here

How long will it take to receive my order if I use NDIS funding?
Processing timeframe depends on whether you are a Self Managed or Plan Managed NDIS Participant.
For Self Managed Participants orders are processed in the same manner as normal purchases. Once we receive payment we process and send you order out within 2 -3 days.
For Plan Managed Participants orders will be placed on hold until we receive payments from your Plan Manager. Once payment is received, your order will be processed within 2-3 days.
What are your shipping costs?
Our shipping costs are determined based on the
total value of your order and will be automatically calculated during the
checkout process. Currently we offer free shipping for all our orders over $100.
Do you ship internationally?
At present, we exclusively provide shipping services within
Australia.
